Winemaker and proprietor Mendel Laufer’s outlook on winemaking is simple: Like a diamond cutter gives the raw diamond its sparkle, Laufer winery aims to produce supreme wines that shine out of raw California grapes; wines that would be suitable to offer on the Alter in the Temple. Laufer winery is a young winery established in 1999, with uncompromised kashrus and the highest standards of quality, to bring the best of kosher wines to the table.
